Editing a Branch
The organization information at the branch level can be modified.
To Edit Branch Information
- On the Primary menu, click ORGANIZATION.
- Click the branches tab.
- Search for and select the Details
icon for the appropriate branch. The branch card file tab is displayed.
- On the Navigation Toolbar, click Edit. The Edit Organization Information dialog box is displayed.
- In the Branch Name box, update the name of the branch as necessary.
- In the Primary Location list, select the primary location for the branch.
- In the Remittance Address list, select the address to which the accounting remittances should be sent. The default address shown is the primary location address for the branch.
- In the Primary Contact list, select the name of the primary contact for the branch.
- In the Legacy Branch ID box, enter any previous identification number for the branch.
- Click Save to save the updates and return to the card file tab.
Or
Click Close to close the Edit Organizational Information dialog box and return to the card file tab without saving edits.
